Terms and conditions

These terms set out the rules for placing orders in the online shop and the rules for delivery and payment. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

Prices shown in the shop are gross prices, expressed in Polish zloty. An order is processed once payment has been confirmed. Order processing usually takes three to seven business days, depending on product availability.

The sales contract is concluded at the moment the order is placed, not at the moment payment is made. Payment for an order is made by BLIK transfer to the phone number shown in the order confirmation and on the payment page; the order id must be given as the transfer title.

The deadline by which payment must arrive is shown when the order is placed and in the payment instructions email. If payment does not arrive within that deadline, the seller withdraws from the concluded contract and the order is automatically cancelled.

Every customer has the right to file a complaint about goods that do not match the description or were damaged during delivery. Complaints can be filed through the channels listed on the shop’s contact page.
