Shipping and returns

Orders are shipped via InPost parcel lockers, courier, or can be picked up in person at the studio. Cost and delivery time depend on the chosen method and are shown before the order is placed.

Since every cast and painting is made by hand, please unpack the parcel carefully. If goods arrive damaged, please get in touch and include photos of the damage.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. Returned goods should be sent back unchanged, in the original packaging where possible.
